  • To prepare our Ragi Malt, simply follow these easy steps:

    • Take a cup of milk in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
    • Add 2 -3 tablespoons of our Instant Ragi Malt mix to little water and make paste to avoid lumps. 
    • Add the paste to the boiling milk.
    • Stir well to ensure there are no lumps and reduce the heat to low.
    • Allow the mixture to simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a thick and smooth consistency.
    • For added sweetness, you can add a natural sweetener like jaggery, honey, or sugar according to your taste.
    • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool for a minute.
    • Serve the Ragi Malt warm in a bowl or mug.
